1.2. The website offers license keys for sale, which customers receive electronically upon completing their online order.

3. Purchase Terms

3.1. Products available on the website can only be purchased electronically.

3.2. Purchase Process:

  • The user selects the desired product, downloads, and installs it.
  • The product provides unique identifiers about the controlled devices.
  • The user requests a license key by completing a designated form, providing billing information and device identifiers.
  • The service provider sends a pro forma invoice to the user.
  • User pays via bank transfer.
  • Upon receipt of payment, the license key is sent to the email address provided by the user.

3.3. The user must provide accurate and truthful information during the purchase.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The purchase price must be paid via bank transfer to the bank account specified in the pro forma invoice.

4.2. The user must indicate their device’s unique identifier in the transfer reference.

4.3. The order will only be fulfilled after the full purchase price has been received.

5. Invoicing

5.1. An electronic invoice will be issued for the purchase and sent to the email address provided by the user.

5.2. Billing information can only be modified before the order is finalized.

6. License and Usage Rights

6.1. The purchased license key entitles the buyer to personal or business use.

6.2. The license key may not be resold, rented, or otherwise distributed commercially.

6.3. By purchasing the license key, the user is granted the right to use the current and all future versions of the software on the specified device and its associated smart home hub. To use QuickApp with additional devices, you need to purchase one license key per device.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The buyer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal after receiving the license key, as it constitutes a digital product intended for one-time use.

7.2. The buyer explicitly waives the right of withdrawal when finalizing the request for the license key.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1. The service provider guarantees that the license key functions correctly and is compatible with the software specified at the time of purchase.

8.2. If the license key does not work, the buyer must notify the service provider immediately via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The service provider excludes all liability in the following cases:

  • Improper use of the license key.
  • Issues arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the buyer.
  • Unauthorized access by third parties to the buyer’s email account or stored data.
  • Errors arising from improper installation or use of the software.

9.2. The service provider is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the software, including but not limited to hardware failures, data loss, downtime, loss of revenue, or any other material or immaterial damages.
  • Incompatibility issues or malfunctions caused by the operating system, hardware, or other software.

9.3. The buyer acknowledges that the installation and use of the software must comply with the relevant laws and technical standards of the country where it is used. The service provider does not guarantee full compatibility with all hardware, software, and operating systems in different international markets. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the product meets their system requirements and compatibility conditions.

10.1. The service provider processes the buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. Contracts governed by these Terms and Conditions are concluded in accordance with the laws of the European Union (EU), unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer’s country of residence provide otherwise.

11.2. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified terms will become effective upon their publication on the Website and will apply only to contracts concluded after the publication date.

11.3. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
